Belfor was the restoration company our insurance retained to fix and repair water damage from our roof leaking. Michael was the project manager and oversaw the project from start to finish. He was available to answer questions and explain the process to us. His team of trades were meticulous and made sure things were restored, to even better in some instances, then before the damage. My insurance company recommended Belfor Restoration after we had 2 water incidences causing damage. Michael Plateo needs an exceptional mention. Michael Plateo and team worked on our basement which was damaged after a kitchen flood. They were good to work with and always reachable. I was particularly impressed with the moving crew and their attention to detail: everything had be boxed up and stored offsite but when the work was done it was all returned, unboxed and placed exactly how it was. I hope I never have a flood again but Mike's team made the process as painless as possible.

I have had a really good experience with Belfor Property Restoration, also really wanna to express my thankful to the whole team under Michael Plateo . My job is an insurance coverage project , he and his team honestly made the whole process more than I expected , speedy , clean and very kindness I appreciated that Michael worked around my target scheduled.
