We are so pleased with the repairs Belfor Waterloo completed at our home. April is a pleasure to work with as she was always in communication about the job. Although it was a smaller job, Duke and other workers provided terrific service and paid attention to detail which we very much appreciated. Upon completion, April stopped in for a final inspection to ensure we were satisfied. 5 Stars to Belfor. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

We’re so thankful for Belfor and the people who specifically worked with us following a leak in our home. We made the decision to not only repair that area but also make some other changes throughout the home. Our initial contact and continued follow up throughout the process with Chris and April was great. They were responsive and attentive. We experienced a water leak on the upper floor of our house with significant water damage to the ceiling and walls of the floor below and into the basement ceiling and carpeting. Chris at Belfor provided the first response which was timely and effective. His team completed the tear-out of the water damaged carpet, walls and ceiling. Insurance send Belfor after basement flood. They "worked " for 5 month and never finished job. Extremely slow and unorganized and not professional. They never fixed or even touched the basement window where water was coming in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY- BELFOR
