We arrived home to a flooded home late on December 25th…Marcio from Belfor reached out within 1 hour of us calling our insurance Hotline. He was there at 7am Boxing Day with the equipment and team required to get us started on cleanup and drying things out. We had members of the Belfor team in our house pretty much constantly for the next 2 weeks. Everyone that represented Belfor was professional, efficient and very friendly and kind. Our night mare started with a silent water leak from a dishwasher and big thank you to the Belfor restoration crew . Marcio ,Nadiia ,Bohdan ,George and team plus all trades that were here quickly to restore our place to our satisfaction was greatly appreciated. We thank you once again for all services done .

On the day of the damage, the clean up team was here so quickly, it was greatly appreciated. Jackie and her crew are top notch. Jody was great and took the time to share tips for painting and fixing drywall. From day one I was impressed with Belfor and throughout the repair process to our basement. Highly recommended!!!!

Our first insurance claim due to a kitchen fire. Happened 1st week December 2024 and up until first of February, no repairs were done. Poor communication by our project manager. At first, during the emergency phase, it was okay but as the rebuild phase came near, no updates were being sent to us. Had to find another contractor due to their delays in estimates -. Belfor was hired by my insurance company when my basement flooded. They had an enormous task as the entire basement was packed with contents from 2 different family homes. The team was pleasant hardworking and extremely respectful towards all my property. When bringing back the contents the weather was in a deep Freeze. The team was still all smiles as they unloaded for hours in -40 weather. I would highly recommend belfor Thank you for a great job.
