DO NOT USE. Absolutely Appalling. By far the worst organized, terrible timelines, you WILL WAIT UP TO 2 YEARS before anything gets done. DO NoT RECOMMEND. They have dropped the ball so much if I wasn't so frustrated I might be impressed with the incompetence.

We would highly recommend Belfor, you can stop your researching now! Belfor is one amazing restoration company. They went above and beyond to take care of our home and our family after a flood. It was our first home insurance claim as homeowners and we had no clue what to expect. Fred was the restoration manager and he really knows his stuff! All the sub contractors did amazing work. Not sure what is going on with this company!! We previously had a great experience with them. We currently are in limbo without a bathroom or bedroom in our lower suite due to the contractor just blatantly ignoring us. Not impressed!! Our water damage happened in April. Get a second opinion if you live in the Duncan/Crofton area.

The manager Greg phoned me once in 6 months!! The workers just randomly showed up at my door at 8am and were adamant about coming in. Management sucks! I won’t use Belfor again! Do not recommend!!!

I recently booked a consult/estimate for my new place. They said a technician would call me that morning with a time. I booked the day off work and they ghosted me. No explanation, no call back. Huge waste of time.
