Belfor Austin just finished my rebuild project after flood damage. I was initially hesitant to use them just because they are a big national company and I preferred to use a local company. Ended up that Mark at Belfor gave me way more confidence than the other group despite their good reviews. Mark really could not have been more professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Belfor showed up for a busted water line in the attic over the garage, The Project Manager (PM) was onsite in less than an hour, and the technicians were right behind him. They safely moved all my contents and cleaned up the mess and got drying equipment set in a hurry. It was a couple days of drying and Belfor was there throughout the entire process updating me every day. I greatly appreciate their team for taking care of me and my house. Thank you Belfor.
