BELFOR of Willamette Valley knocked it out of the park for my elderly mother in law. She was naturally very stressed out when she found water pouring from the lights in her living room from puncture in her roof. From Jarrod and his mitigation team, to Ricky and Kevin and their repair team, everyone was great to work with. The roof looks great and the living room ceiling looks as though it never had a huge hole in it. Thanks guys.

I own a house that developed a mold problem after accidental flooding. My home insurance company selected Belfor to investigate and mitigate the mold. My tenant asked for experienced technicians but instead got untrained people who did a lousy job and ended up spreading the mold and requiring a complete decontamination treatment of one house level, making it uninhabitable for most of a year. Terrible experience working with this company. The PM was non-responsive, did not coordinate the work, nor did they follow up with me to make sure all work was completed satisfactorily. I was finally contacted by Belfor about 2 months after work was completed asking if the work was done yet. Then they tried to bill me for work that had never been completed. I highly recommend finding another contractor.

The team stayed with our water damage mitigation, coming back several times until the moisture readings in our floor and ceiling were lowered into normal range. Noteworthy was Cody's creation of a plastic "tent" to direct the dehumidifier output to select areas of the floor and ceiling that needed special attention. Both Cody and Jared were exceptional both in implementing the work that solved our problem and also in leading their assistants and mentoring them on what was being done. What a Nightmare! 2 guys came covered in mud from previous job; brand new hires from Belfor to deal with mold mitigation ( hired by insurance). I called to request experienced employees and was yelled at, "If you want us to do this job, these are the guys we have to do it.". Sample that they cut from drywall at beginning confirmed mold, so they came back for demo and they took pictures to send to their supervisor as they went because they didn't know what needed to be done or how to do it.
