Would like to shout out to project manger AJ. Anytime I called he answered timely, he was patient in addressing all my concerns and questions. He worked with me on making my 90 yr dad's bathroom safer for his age. He allowed for several other details I requested. All his hard working workers where also great. In the mist of this 6 month stress this company made it easier. I feel like I gained lots of new friends. Thanks grateful Purther family

Our home was affected by the smoke amd ash from the Eaton fire in Altadena. Over the course of a year, we received great service, prompt communications, and overall had as good as an experience as one can have navigating disaster mitigation, and restoration. We appreciate all of the quality work. We have several friends who went with other companies and had lesser experiences. They have our strong recommendation.

Rating the Water Mitigation team: Had a great experience with the water mitigation team. Edwin and Javier were respectful of our home and kept the area very clean. They definitely were top notch. They used ever tarp to keep our home clean from dust and mess. The next step where David Vasquez got involved is we’re it all went down hill. He never came to our home. We had a flood in our kitchen, requiring remediation and restoration of cabinets, walls, and hardwood floors (the entire first floor). Oakwood Construction has the finest team I've ever seen. They are the best of the best and fantastic to work with. They treated our house like it was theirs. They set an aggressive schedule, finished early, and the end-of-job punch list was blank. Attention to detail, skilled, excellent communication, and our house looks fabulous.

There was lack of communication with Amy regarding the work we needed on our house. They completed the water damage part (removed sheet rock, insulation and sprayed for mold and dried it out) but when it comes to finishing the job we found out that they won’t come back to complete it because of the distance/drive (we live in Big Bear) so we are left to now find someone that will install the insulation, sheet rock, paint and put trim back up.
