We worked with Kyle, and several others, and they were all very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us thru the process (we had a guest water pipe and a lot of damage throughout the entire house), answer lots of questions, and communicate on pretty much a daily basis. Would definitely work with them again.

This my second experience with the Belfor Indianapolis location. I dealt with Kevin who evaluated the jobs and was very helpful in explaining what the next didactic were with the repairs and Insurance process. Brian was my project manager both times. Brian talked us through the status and things were completed as promised and on time. The whole crew from carpenter, painters, flooring, and clean up crew ladies were wonderful and friendly. Do not let my one star fool you, they deserve less than that. Do yourself a favor do not hire those people to work in your house they will subcontract the job to some other small independent company that hires non-professionals, unexperienced people. Took them 4 months to do a 1 month job in my house and still there's stuff that's not right I had to fixed some myself never again even if they were the last restoration company on earth.

Belfor was assigned to us by our insurance company after our house fire. They told us they would let us look through our things before anything would be thrown away, and did not. They said they would take pictures of everything not being saved, they did not. The items they did decide to take pictures of were random and incomplete. Their inventory list was incomplete. The staff was very helpful and hardworking. Open line of communication. Our contractor Greg kept everything on schedule. I got a detailed schedule from him every few weeks so I knew what was happening at our property. We had to live at our property during the restoration process. They worked very hard with us to get everything done and respect our personal space at the same time. If any concerns or questions came up they were addressed very quickly.
