We had two drain pipes leaking from the upstairs bathroom down into the kitchen. The damage to our kitchen was substantial because the leak was in the wall, behind the cabinets, and granite backsplash. Needless to say, it wasn’t easy to get to and remedy. However Kim came out with her team and they were on it. She helped us out every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about the process. Very sketchy, pushy and dishonest. Wanted us to sign paperwork saying things were complete that weren’t, damaged things in our house while doing work and told us they tore out things that weren’t approved by insurance so we had to pay for them out of pocket. I had to make them leave my home that they were no longer welcome. Not the company to use.

Not for the people, only the client. They will dispatch crews and subcontractors that will leave a mess (residential construction) leaving it up to you as the neighbor to pick up after construction workers. This includes chip bags, bottles, cans , on top of construction debris. You can call their office and there will be promises of a project manager catering to the problem but from the 5 calls I've placed I haven't gotten one back.

Professional, expedient, goes further than necessary to make sure the job is done right and to what the client wants and needs, instead of just what the insurance may want to pay for. Their customer service is top rate.
