We had a small flood in the basement from a failed solder joint on the main water line. Our insurance company put us in contact with Belfor. Everyone we met and the service they delivered was great! Thanks to Rhett, Angel, Alex, Mark and the rest of the team.

A call to Belfor, when I needed to have an evaluated and experienced professional in my home to address an odor, was met with a response within minutes. How often does that happen? Chris Moore came to our home and assessed the concern using multiple devices and with 'common sense'. A repeat visit that same day provided the added data to develop and agree upon the plan. A small kitchen fire caused a putrid smelling smoke to permeate our whole house. Within minutes of calling Belfor, Mark was at our house w/a filter, and reassurances that came to fruition. Belfor helped us access our insurance policy so their amazing team could clean and use ozone to remove the smell. Each person who came to clean, prep, and employ the unit was professional, kind, and courteous. I remain grateful to everyone at Belfor who did their part to save our home from potential disaster.
