My water heater failed and the contents escaped onto the living room floor. My new wall-to-wall carpet and under-pad were ruined and I was worried about damage to the baseboard and drywall too. I called Belfor and spoke to Tammy. She was GREAT! They were on the job right away and kept at it to minimize the damage and limit my loss. Great advice, a great team and very pleasant to work with. Five Stars!!
We had a flooded basement from last April's ice storm and power outage and called Belfor as soon as we discovered the flood. They were here the next day with a crew to start the clean-up. We have been very impressed with their work, their attitude and their professionalism. We had two or three different crews and saw how hard and well they worked to solve our issues. We knew how overwhelmed they were with calls for assistance and appreciated their efforts.
The Perth crew completed our emergency and broader measures from our property fire on October 10, 2021. I knew each day that when I needed to leave my home that it was safe in the hands of Sarge and crew. The crew was professional but empathetic of the situation that we were going through. I would recommend the Perth crew for any services the offer. Thank you for all your help during this time.
Belfor's service was very professional and thorough. We had a complicated situation involving many different trades. Belfor was very cooperative scheduling in our own contractors for some of the work. The crews were always on time as promised. Both their office and labour crews were always polite and understanding. Well done!
Tammy & her team turned a terrible situation into a blessing after a 100 ft pine fell on my house. They were professional, timely and I would highly recommend them. They are a terrific team and Tammy is one of the best people I have ever worked with.
