We experienced ice damming damage in our home, and everyone from this company—from the team who first identified the leak to the drywall and tiling crews—was outstanding. Their work was not only top-quality but also incredibly professional, including thorough cleanup. The entire process was so smooth and unobtrusive, it barely felt like a renovation was happening. We recently had Greg and his team of Jason and Brad complete repair work in our home. Thru out the process, they were quick to respond and provide updates. Jason ws in touch a few days prior to the start of the job to let us know when Brad would come over. Brad was at the house on time every day and worked quietly and cleaned up at the end of each day. Excellent experience with Belfor. Ice damming on our roof after the winter conditions this past year caused significant amounts of water leakage and damage to drywall and pine walls and ceilings as well as some carpeting and an engineered hardwood floor. We filed a claim with the insurance company and within a couple of hours Greg from Belfor had called and shown up to initiate the emergency phase of the operation.
