My mother and father in law had a busted water line and water was everywhere in their downstairs. They are in their mid eighties so my husband and I handled everything for them. I called Belfor and Brian Tibbs (manager) was there the following morning to look at the damage and what needed to be done. Jacob and the team went above and beyond. They were there within an hour of the first call with their drying machines, answered all our questions and kept our safety and peace of mind as a top priority throughout the drying and clean up process!
I had an emergency clean up in my crawl space due to a broken sewer clean out. It was a disaster!!! They were here the next morning and over two days pumped 177 gallons of sewer water and removed over 30 bags of solids. Treated all the soil with repair and lime treatment and installed a new vapor barrier. This work had to be done in coordination with other contractors and they were very easy to work with. The guys that were at my house were friendly and informative of the process. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
