If I could give them a 0 I would. They made the entire process a nightmare from beginning to end. Shattered my grandmothers belongings and are refusing to pay for it. Management (Allan) and Pat are corporate are unprofessional and disrespectful. Never again will I use them or recommend them. If I had contact for the CEO I would email him and tell him what type of company is being ran.

Heath and his team at Belfor in Columbus are first class every step of the way from the time they are called until the final inspection they always come through and do great work.

We rent a suite in the Hilliard Mill Run area. There was water damage from Christmas. We were the suite with the least damage. They are still coming to fix the walls and floor molding. The supervisor is blind and does not know what he is doing. The owners of the building has to show him each area that needs fixed. In the contact they are paying extra for the supervisor that is not on the job sight to supervise. Our wall has been spackled and painted 6 times and still have air bubbles in the areas they fixed. STAY FAR AWAY!!! This company was a literal joke and nightmare to deal with. They addressed my mold problem by wiping a tiny area with a rag and said I was 100% all good. I took it upon MYSELF to look behind drywall and found tons of mold. It was a NIGHTMARE trying to get them to come back out. And, to top things off, the contractor spilled an entire bucket of white paint on my brand new blacktop driveway.
