If I could give negative stars I would! It has been over 2 years and my house is still NOT completed. Constant excuses as to why they can not be here to work. A vendor they hired ruined a wooden floor and windows. I had to pay out of pocket for the floor installation, due to no climate control on that side of house, with the statement of I would be reimbursed from the floor totaled paid. That was not done due to they got way overpaid for the previous work done and my policy exhausted! Now it has been months since the window ... read more
My basement carpet was soaked and smelled strongly of urine. My insurance company sent out Belfor Restoration (Middletown PA) immediately. Trace and Larry tore out the carpet looking for the source. Huge fans were set out to dry the basement. Trace came out 3 days in a row to inspect the progress. This happened over a weekend!! Talk about service! If I had to rate the service from 1 to 5, it would be a 100! I HIGHLY recommend Belfor!!!!!!!
Janet K came into my residence with a very compassionate, professional manner. She provided regular updates, ensured she was present as different contractors came to assess the damage and begin restoration. Each worker, regardless of the task they were proficient in, showed the same respect, integrity, and professionalism while in my home. Bill has been great to work with during such a chaotic time in our lives but some members of the team we were not so happy with. We caught people vaping in our home. Also our brand new washer and dryer was ruined because it was all scratched up by another member of the team
