I have nothing bad to say about this company. Their professionalism and responsiveness were impressive. Angela, Jason and Felix all worked with me and my Insur company to complete repairs due to water damage from water heater. And then to add another problem to the mix, my AC system had to be replaced in the middle of these repairs. No problem, they also coordinated with my AC company, Black Mountain Air. James came on to the project 8 months after it had started. He was initially tasked with correcting things found on the blue tape walk. My dad will tell you I’m the most difficult customer to make happy because I’m a perfectionist. With that being said, James exceeded my expectations in every way.
