The Belfor office in Maine provides excellent customer service. Their skilled mitigation crew is not only professional but also genuinely caring, which makes a difficult situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend them.

Belfor was immediately responsive to my water loss at a property I manage. Remediated the water loss and mitigated any further damages that could’ve occurred. They dried the area over multiple days and checked the equipment daily while providing highly detailed, coherent daily reports. Would ABSOLUTELY call Belfor again, though I hope never need to!

They got to my job quickly after the incident reported, got right to work, protected my floors and the house from spores blowing around, no muss no fuss. They use natural products with nice smells to sanitize and make surfaces clean and safe again. The technicians are polite and thoughtful of those of us still living in the house. They answer calls right away and show up when they say they will, like clockwork.
