Giving 2 stars because they did quality work. But the experience has been poor. I chose them to do an water damage insurance job over the summer. I was assured when they started that I wouldn’t have to pay anything. They’d even cover my deductible. After KNOWING my insurance company wouldn’t cover a certain item and doing it anyway, they’re trying to stick me with a bill for several thousand dollars after the fact.
