My downstairs was flooded and my insurance company assigned BELFOR Restoration to my restoration. BELFOR promptly responded within an hour and quickly began the restoration process. Most professional and reliable team I have ever worked with. Made our kitchen restoration feel effortless. Were constantly on top of things and keeping our family in the loop. They make more excuses than the do work. Started my project on 12/31/25 as of 02/21/25 have worked 38hrs on my project. 8 by 10 exterior wall repair Disrespected my self and my daughter in attempts at getting even a work schedule. Still not complete or given a complition date as of 02/21/25 Then they will tell you about how the “scope” of the work they provide IE estimates was undervalued so they have to submit a supplementary request to the insurance company before they can continue They literally put the “Con “ in contrac... read more

Horrible company to work with. My floors need to be repaired due to water damage. This project has been going on since the beginning of January and up until today, they haven’t started. Very frustrating . I wish I would have gone with a different company . I do not recommend .
