Outstanding Restoration Team. I had the misfortune of dealing with an unexpected water incident within my personal residence. Was referred to Belfor via Desjardins hail storm insurance claim July 26, 2023. Our insurance adjuster only received work estimate documents from Belfor on November 23. I think Belfor needs to hire more staff if working with insurance companies whose clients rely on using Insurance subcontractors. Perhaps insurance companies and restoration companies can brainstorm on better processes to improve the efficiency communicating with clients and cuing work. I had a great experience with Belfor Property Restoration. Curtis was very professional, knowledgeable and provided prompt responses throughout the process. His team was efficient and the job was done in a timely manner. The Belfor painters were professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service, the quality of work and would definitely recommend them.

I can’t thank the Belfor team enough for the fantastic service provided for our insurance claim. From the first phone call through to the emergency service and final rebuild everyone was so easy to work with. Curtis our project manager was very supportive through the whole process end to end. Our basement flooded and Belfor Property Restoration was recommended. We were very impressed with the Belfor team and all the trades. Andrew Brakus our project manager was a pleasure to work with. He was empathetic, dependable, knowledgeable and very professional. The work schedule was well coordinated. We were kept in the loop and Andrew promptly answered calls and emails. We love our new basement and would highly recommend Belfor.
