Never use this Company!!! We had hail damage to the roof of our facility, they sent us the first completely unqualified roofing company who left us with more damage than we did after the hail storm. After months of fighting with them to repair work from the first contractor they sent us a second one that was worse than the first. Event after getting a professional commercial roofing company to asses all of the issues at our cost, Belfor has refused to fix our roof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THESE PICTURES ARE AFTER THE "REPAIR". I couldn't be more upset with this company. We had a water intrusion problem, and reached out to Belfor. They came by, inspected, and told us they would have to take some stuff apart to see where the issue was, and we gave them the go ahead. They ended up saying it was the back door causing it, the deck wasn't flashed properly, and the exterior wall needed to be replaced and resealed as there was water damage. I walked into my kitchen to see my ceiling was bubbling under the paint. My shower upstairs had cracked and a day's worth of showers ended up in my kitchen. I was in total panic and horrified at the thought of having repairmen in my house. In the past years I had very bad contractors who did terrible work while I paid and lost a lot. I can't begin to say how grateful I am that Clinton Russell [Project Manager] and Team took care of a water line leak that another restoration company did not do the job correctly several years back. My mother who is a senior citizen and can be easily frazzled, especially going through the same ordeal a second time was pleasantly relaxed as the guys made sure she was always in the loop of the steps that were going to be performed how and when. We were really impressed with their responsiveness. They were able to get to work within hours of the damage occurring. They did an amazing job of cataloguing our losses, which made for an easier experience with our insurance company. The rebuild was done well, with their staff being professional and cordial.
