June Update: Crew completed their work and it looks fantastic, ready for the reconstruction. Crew was very professional and would recommend them for any of your mitigation / removal of damaged areas of your home due to water damage. We had a leak with a corroded hot water tank expansion tank, called Belfor and their team (led by Noah) from Tukwila was able to arrive within a few hours, their professional crew brought in their fans and dehumidifiers and in a few days of non stop fans, it's been drying out. We were very lucky to have the BELFOR crews help us put after a major water damage at our home. They did an amazing job of cleanup and repair. The people who helped us were professional courteous, professional and polite. They cleaned up everything when they left and they did an amazing job working with our insurance company to make sure we were able to get coverage for our damage

I could not have had a better experience with a company! My beautiful home that I had just purchased for my wife and three kids caught on fire. The amount of damage was incomprehensible. My kitchen, master bedroom, living room, theatre, hallways, and all three of my kids bedrooms were extensively damaged. I had a water leak at my house that caused a full demolition of my house both upstairs and downstairs. I met with with a few companies but I was blown away by the responsiveness and level of customer service from Belfor Water restoration and particularly Jorge Pina. This was obviously a traumatic experience with my home essentially getting gutted, but Jorge knew exactly what was going to be needed and how to work with insurance to make sure I was made whole again. Simply the BEST! A regular vendor for us, we rely on Belfor quite a bit. Over the past few years, 4 Major renovations to our apartment communities, plus fire/water restorations, roofing problems to name a few - Easy to work with, great teams, reliable. We love and trust these guys!
