Belfor was the restoration company our insurance retained to fix and repair water damage from our roof leaking. Michael was the project manager and oversaw the project from start to finish. He was available to answer questions and explain the process to us. His team of trades were meticulous and made sure things were restored, to even better in some instances, then before the damage. I have had a really good experience with Belfor Property Restoration, also really wanna to express my thankful to the whole team under Michael Plateo . My job is an insurance coverage project , he and his team honestly made the whole process more than I expected , speedy , clean and very kindness I appreciated that Michael worked around my target scheduled. I used Belfore restoration. I will say that most of the trades used were beyond polite and professional. A few were not. My construction manager Michael P was a pleasure to work with. Efficient easy to. get a hold of. He was above and beyond expectation. Thank you Michael for all you did.

I had a really good experience with Belfor Property Restoration. Michael Plateo was my repair coordinator and he honestly made the whole process so much easier than I expected. He was always quick to answer my questions and very flexible when things on my end changed. I appreciate how Michael kept me updated and worked around my schedule, which not every company is willing to do.
